A smudge-proof liquid eyeliner in 01 Jet Black. It is waterproof with its new super waterproof formula, Super-Keep Polymer, that protects lines from tears, perspiration, oils and water, for beautiful, long-lasting definition. It has a 0.1mm extra fine brush that allows anyone to draw with ease. It contains 4 kinds of beauty liquid ingredients that moisturize the eyes. It washes off easily using warm water even though it is resistant to water. Harder to remove lines may be removed with facial cleanser.
